POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS & WHAT ARE THEY?

What are Affirmations?


Let’s talk about ‘positive’ affirmations. What are they? Most of my friends are aware of what they are, but for those of you that don’t, they’re positive thoughts, words or statements about whatever outcome you wish to achieve, such as wealth, success, or health.
Instead of negative self-talk, you can always focus on positive daily affirmations to direct what your focus will be. This portion of our blog will be dedicated to the revitalization of oneself.
Positive Affirmations will be given daily, but the object is to create your own.
There are so many negatives that we all focus on daily. For example, we all know times are hard, so we tend to dwell on bills and financial woes. What if there was a way to alleviate that negativity from your thoughts? I have news for you…THERE IS!!!
Affirmations are used as a psychological means to elevate one. They can be said both aloud and silently and need to be done repetitiously. Write them down, carry them with you, post them, do whatever works for you so that you can focus on them everyday. There is a catch though, you MUST believe in them. Below I am going to provide you with some. Try it out and let me know the outcome! I’m excited are you…change, improvement, success, prosperity are yours if you claim it! Now let’s go!

*I create abundance in all that I say and do.
*Everything I do turns into success.
* I am a confident and positive person, and confident and positive persons gravitate toward me everyday.

*I am sure of my ability to do what is necessary to improve my life.


*I am glowing with health and wholeness.

These are just a select few. I hope that you keep up with this positive flow of energy. You WILL notice a change in your life. Also, a great book is ‘The Secret’. It talks a lot about the Law of Attraction. Check it out! –
